Ingredients: 200g fresh oyster mushrooms, 150g pork loin, 2 cloves garlic (sliced), 1 green pepper (sliced), 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp starch, salt, pepper, and cooking oil.
Steps:
