Ingredients:

- ½ tsp baking soda

- 1 cup pumpkin puree

- 2 large eggs

- ½ cup vegetable oil

- ¼ cup milk

Instructions:

1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.

3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, beat eggs, then stir in pumpkin puree, oil, and milk until smooth.
