Ingredients: 500g beef (chuck or brisket, cubed), 1 large radish (peeled and diced), 1 onion (chopped), 3 garlic cloves (minced), 1 tbsp ginger (grated), 6 cups beef broth, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, salt, pepper, and optional carrots or cilantro for garnish.
Steps:
