For the sauce: 4 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 cup water mixed with 1 tsp cornstarch.

Steps:

1. Marinate the pork: Toss pork with soy sauce, sesame oil, egg white, and cornstarch. Let sit for 15 minutes.

2. Deep-fry: Heat oil to 180°C. Fry pork until golden, then drain excess oil.

3. Stir-fry veggies: In a wok, stir-fry bell pepper, pineapple, and onion until slightly tender.

4. Make the sauce: Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl, pour into the wok, and simmer until thickened.
