Ingredients:

500g pork ribs, cut into bite-sized pieces; 1 fresh pineapple, cubed; 1 bell pepper, sliced; 3 cloves garlic, minced; 1 tbsp ginger, grated; 2 tbsp soy sauce; 1 tbsp vinegar; 2 tbsp sugar; 1 tbsp ketchup; 1 egg; ½ cup flour; Oil for frying.

Steps:
