Ingredients:

- 500g chicken thighs (cut into pieces), 200g peeled chestnuts (fresh or canned), 3-5 dried red chilies, 3 ginger slices, 3 garlic cloves.

- Sauce: 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine, 1 tsp sugar, 500ml hot water.
