Ingredients:

- 300g chicken breast, cubed

- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine

- 2 tbsp cornstarch

- 3 dried chilies, seeds removed (adjust for spice)

- 1 tbsp Sichuan peppercorns

- 1 cup roasted peanuts

- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 piece ginger, julienned

- 1 green onion, chopped

- Sauce: 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp water, 1 tsp sesame oil.

Steps:

1. Marinate the chicken: Mix soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and cornstarch with the chicken. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
